Bath Soak — Calming
Deep Sighs Bath Soak

Some days don't ask for a routine. They ask for a bath, a closed door, and twenty minutes where nothing is required of you. Deep Sighs is Epsom salt and a calming essential oil blend, built for exactly that.

Deep Sighs Bath Soak — a mineral-rich Epsom salt soak infused with a calming essential oil blend built for rest. Dissolves clean in warm water and leaves nothing behind but quiet. 8.8 oz / 250g.
Rest isn't always quiet. Sometimes it has to be run.
We built Deep Sighs for the evenings when winding down doesn't happen on its own — when the body is tired but still holding tension from the day. Magnesium-rich Epsom salt softens tight muscles. Lavender, Chamomile, and Cedarwood essential oils create a calming atmosphere as the water steams. It's not a treatment. It's a deliberate twenty minutes of doing nothing else.

What it does
Body and mind. Both let go.
A bath soak works on two levels at once — the minerals ease the body, the aromatics settle the mind.
Tired muscles — visibly softened.
Magnesium sulfate is absorbed through warm water and has long been used to ease tight, overworked muscles. Twenty minutes in a Deep Sighs bath is enough time for the heat and minerals to do their work — the same reason a hot soak has always been the simplest recovery tool available.
The wound-up mind — allowed to unwind.
Lavender and Roman Chamomile are two of the most researched calming aromatics — steam carries them through the room as you soak, creating an atmosphere built for slowing down. Cedarwood grounds the blend with a warm, woody base note. The effect is gradual, not immediate — the point of the twenty minutes.
Five steps to a proper soak.
Simple enough for a weeknight, restorative enough to matter.
Draw a warm bath
Run the water as hot as you comfortably can. Warm water is what carries the aromatics into the air and helps the Epsom salt do its work on tired muscles.
Add one scoop
Pour a generous scoop of Deep Sighs directly under the running tap so it dissolves evenly. No need to measure precisely — more salt simply means a richer soak.
Soak for 20 minutes
This is the part that actually matters. Give it the full twenty minutes — phone in the other room, door closed. That's the length of time it takes for the minerals and aromatics to have an effect.
Rinse and rest
A quick rinse afterward is optional — most people prefer to let the residual minerals sit on the skin. Follow with a body oil if your skin runs dry, then head straight to bed.
Make it a weekly ritual
One soak won't undo a hard week, but a standing weekly bath night will. Keep Deep Sighs by the tub and treat it as a scheduled reset, not an emergency measure.
Q1 What's actually in Deep Sighs Bath Soak?
An Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) base infused with a calming essential oil blend of Lavender, Roman Chamomile, and Cedarwood. No synthetic fragrance, no dyes — just mineral salt and pure essential oils.
Q2 How much should I use per bath?
One generous scoop (roughly half a cup) dissolved under warm running water is enough for a full bath. Each 8.8 oz / 250g bag is good for about 4 to 5 soaks, depending on how strong you like it.
Q3 Is it safe to use every day?
Most people find 1 to 3 soaks a week comfortable. Epsom salt baths can be drying to skin with very frequent use, so we recommend following with a body oil or lotion afterward and listening to how your skin responds.
Q4 Is it safe during pregnancy?
Warm (not hot) Epsom salt baths are generally considered fine in moderation during pregnancy, but essential oils and elevated body temperature both warrant caution. Please consult your healthcare provider or midwife before use.
Q5 Will it stain my tub or irritate sensitive skin?
Deep Sighs contains no dyes and will not stain a standard tub. As with any bath product, if you have very sensitive or reactive skin, start with a smaller amount and monitor how your skin responds before using a full scoop.
