Refund policy

Please note our holiday return policy is extended until January 15, 2026.

Your happiness matters to us. We happily offer refunds or exchanges for all products returned by January 15, 2026. If you have any issues with your order don't hesitate to get in touch with us at connect@vellumwellness.com and we'll refund or replace these items. 

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. For exchanges, the amount will be reimbursed to a new card that will be emailed to the recipient.
