Refund policy

Your happiness matters to us. We happily offer refunds or exchanges for all products within 30 days of purchase. If you have any issues with your order don't hesitate to get in touch with us at connect@vellumwellness.com and we'll refund or replace these items. 

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. For exchanges, the amount will be reimbursed to a new card that will be emailed to the recipient.
