The 3-Minute Reset Ritual:

Add 4 drops of Lavie (Lavender) and 3 drops of Euki (Eucalyptus) to your diffuser.

Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly. Do this for one full minute.

Repeat silently: “I release what I can’t carry. I choose peace in this moment.”
